Here’s me and my Auntie Erin. She came up for a short visit! She bought me this rasta hat. Am I the coolest rasta on the block or wot?
We played dress ups.
I showed off my curls.
Sometimes Auntie Erin went out without me! Here she is with Daddy.
And here’s a shot of me and mummy and daddy that Auntie Erin took. Thanks Auntie Erin! It was great having you here!
I got back from my holiday in Australia a little while ago now, but Ma and Pa have been a bit disorganised and even now they aren’t quite sure where they have saved all the photos from different cameras and people. So here are a few snaps to fill you in.
This is me on the rocking horse at Nanna Sandra and Papa’s house. They all took turns pushing me and then I learned to just push myself. But I still needed help getting up on my high horse!
Here’s me and my pal Edie. Edie talks a lot! But I don’t. So we just kind of hung out together, did the parallel playing thing with my cousin Rhys’ new boat. I sure dug her necklace, too.
Here’s me and my friend Henry. I mostly liked playing with him because he let me steal his dummy, again and again. My cousin Rhys taught me how to do that last time I came to Australia!
My mummy just wanted to put this picture in because she likes it.
Here’s me and my cousin Rhys. We pushed each other a bit to drive the car. Here are the cops, pulling us over.
I learned to do tunnels!
Here’s me and my uncle Graeme and my new auntie, Rachael. They just got married! And that’s why we went back to oz. I’ll put some wedding photos up later… But don’t they look great? I look pretty cute too!
Here I am hanging out on the lawn at Auntie Rachael’s old house.
Here’s me and my Daddy.
Here’s me and my Nanna Gaye. She really tossed me around a lot!
Here is me and mummy and her daddy and mummy.
This is me and my cousin Maddie. She still calls me Baby! Baby Lyla! But my mummy says that’s okay, because I’m still a baby to her, too. What do you have to do to get some respect as a toddler?!
Here I am with my Nanna Sandra and Maddie and Rhys. It was very difficult to get us all into the one shot because the others just wouldn’t sit still. OK, so maybe I was a bit wriggly too…

Here is Nanna Gay getting me out of my bath. I don’t like sitting down in the bath, but Nanna Gay got me to do it for a little while.
And here I am in my bassinet on the way back home. I just woke up from a great two-hour sleep, during which Daddy was lulled into a false sense of security. I was a nightmare the rest of the flight!
