Today Lyla met Mum’s pal B, visiting from Jakarta and his son. As well as M, visiting from Hong Kong, who gave Lyla her first dog, Slurp.

Lyla’s been learning to stick her tongue out at Mum in her more reflective moments. She’ll do it — but not for the camera.
