Now calm down — don’t freak out!
S isn’t having an Alien experience (where a creature — someone’s baby I guess — bursts out of the belly without so much as a thankyou) — rather she was sent the photo below by her good friend T in Oz.
T — let me tell you, sending a pic like this to a increasingly pregnant S brought about reactions of both wonder and abject horror. We spent the evening talking about babies doing faceplants and high-fives through the belly.
As I’m yet to be able to feel the little monster I’m yet to really get a handle on it, but S is reporting a lot of baby action — the quickening is here it seems.
